Jackie Stewart is a meditation teacher and corporate mindfulness advisor based in NYC. A featured teacher for Alo Moves, Jackie also teaches Buddhist Studies for Dharma Moon’s Yearlong Program with Ethan Nichtern. Jackie’s teacher is Mingyur Rinpoche, and she serves as a practice leader in his international community, Tergar. Jackie has an MA from NYU’s school of Culture, Education, and Human Development, and has a professional background in the film and television. She is a mother and wife, and has found the practice of meditation an invaluable tool to parenting (and partnering) with awareness and compassion.
