Rinpoche will offer simple teachings rooted in the “Wheel of Life” presentation of the Buddhist worldview with an eye to connecting how Buddhism is formulated as a response to the human (mortal) condition depicted therein, to how people can make use of that Buddhist response as lay people living in the workaday word. He will, using the advice and commentary of the historical Buddha, show that there are many paths within the broad buddhist path, and that many of them are suitable, useful, and productive for ordinary people outside of retreat caves and monasteries.
The classes are meant for beginning and intermediate level Buddhists and will be divided into lectures at the beginning followed by discussion of questions from attendees.
