2022 was about gentleness and living with heart. 2023 is going to be very different. It’s about experiencing chaos and trust. According to the Tibetan Astrological Calendar, 2023 is the Year of the Water Rabbit. The Water Rabbit is intuitive. The Water Rabbit is all about quiet confidence and strength that’s completely its own and may not look like strength to others from the outside. The Water Rabbit is about being connected to yourself.

Coming out of this program, you’ll understand:

  • What it means to live through the year of the Water Rabbit (a special year always, and unusual, mostly in a good way). It will be very unpredictable at times, and at times it will give us enormous gifts, possibilities and resources.

  • What kind of self-compassion we practice this year.

  • The qualities we cultivate this year and what lessons this year holds.

  • Stories from past years of the Water Rabbit.

  • How to have a prosperous year.

Join us for an evening of meditation and discussion on what to expect from 2023 and what lessons it wants us to learn. The Year of the Rabbit comes with an invitation to make leaps of faith; the corresponding water element corresponds to a mercurial nature to the rhythm of events. This period of time will go from dark to light to dark to light, and out of that darkness you will see absolute miracles.

Join us for a special 90-minute live virtual session (or through replay) about the lessons and rhythms of 2023, and how to make the best of it.
