We will transition into spring together as a community with a free meditation on March 20th to welcome the first day of spring. Spring is about reawakening, warmth, sensation, and the creative process taking over. Guided by Elizabeth Pyjov, the meditation will combine elements of mindfulness, compassion, self-compassion, gratitude, and visualization. Flowers, light, and the spirit of opening will all make an appearance. Join Tibet House US for this 20-minute one-time event to help us connect to each other and put us in rhythm with the season. After this meditation, you will be ready to invite spring into your heart, body, and mind. Everyone is welcome to join, whether you are an experienced meditator or an absolute beginner.
