Viktoryia Kukandzina is a kundalini yoga teacher, sound meditation, and breathwork practitioner. Her journey into the world of yoga, sound, and meditation started in early 2019 when she was first introduced to these modalities by her dear friend. A beautiful transformation followed. These experiences helped her to see how “frozen” she had been for so many years, the amount of tension and suppressed emotions she held in her body, and the importance of release and deep relaxation. Fascinated by the incredible ability of these techniques to move the energy and quiet the mind, Viktoryia has been teaching and guiding these experiences for the past two years.
