In this 30-minute Pride Month-themed meditation session, Cultivating Emotional Balance teacher Michael Lobsang Tenpa will guide us in the process of extending the foundational quality of tenderness (Tib. tsewa)—attentive, affectionate warmth looking into the depths of each being— towards ourselves and others. From this boundless warm spaciousness, we will step into generating loving kindness aspirations for a world that is more equitable, just, compassionate, and free of fear for all living things.

100% of the proceeds from this session will go to the Trevor Project (https://www.thetrevorproject.org) in support of LGBTIA+ youth in vulnerable situations.
