New Year’s Day: 30-minute meditation and intention sharing circle with Tony Pham (Butterfly)

Tony Pham (Butterfly)

On January 1, 2023, you’re invited to join Tibet House US’ donation-based offering to commence the new Gregorian calendar year. Sit together in community and mindfully approach the start of 2023. Whether you meditate regularly, have not practiced in a while, or are looking to meditate for the first time, this is an opportunity to experience each moment as a new beginning. Tony Pham (Butterfly) will guide a 30-minute meditation before facilitating a safer space during which participants are welcome to share intentions for the new year.
