Which practices and communities can we turn to? And how can we support our bodies and nervous systems? In the inaugural meeting of Dharma Friends, Megan Mook and Kevin Townley will offer guided meditation in conjunction with traditional, as well as modern, Dharma advice on staying buoyant during difficult times. Special guest Jackie Stewart will offer an experiential sound meditation to help soothe the nervous system.
