If you’re looking to weave Buddhist wisdom and practice into the fabric of your daily life, join us for this five week journey exploring practical ways to bring clarity of mind, a compassionate heart, and an embodied purpose to your relationship with work. Combining the latest science of neuroplasticity and current shifts in the new hybrid workplace with timeless contemplative wisdom, this course lays out a proven and methodical path to a new way of being and working that allows us to be at our best, empower others, and create positive change.
In the first class, we will map that path and identify the disciplines of mind, heart, and body which help us travel it based on trainings in mindfulness, compassion, and embodiment. The next three classes will unpack those disciplines, exploring how a clear and self-aware mind helps reduce bias, improve decisions, and align our intentions; how an engaged, caring heart helps us authentically connect with others and model empowered responsibility; and how fearless vision and embodied flow help us break free of self-imposed limits and embody a purpose greater than any we previously dreamt possible. The course will culminate in a final class devoted to helping you develop your own boundless vision and step-by-step practice plan for overcoming your most self-limiting habits and embodying your full potential to transform yourself, others, and the world we share.
Registered participants receive access to recordings of all class sessions, so you are welcome to register even if you can’t attend each session live!
